James West (JamesWest) is a UK-based, 24 y/o music
producer & freelancer, in music and film. He's been awarded
a 1st Class BA Hons, won multiple awards for Best Sound Design
and Best Indie Score, and has work on Amazon Prime Video.
His discography is accessed through all streaming services
by a worldwide audience.

Working in an Electronic/Pop/Indie space, his work breaks the boundaries of audio and visual, invested in creating deeply fervid experiences in his music - aided by a heavy adulation for cinema.
While studying at DMU, he undertook projects that aimed to expand on his experimental cravings, the main drive to be as collaborative as possible, working with people in many fields of the Arts.
As a result of his dedications, he was awarded a 1st Class BA Hons.
On the side of freelancing, James is open for any work that comes his way, and is set on creating the best work for his clients, and himself. After winning Best Sound Design (at Malta & Your Way) and Best Indie Score (at Prodigy) for Rêverie [2022], James wents on to be part of Code Duello [2024], a feature film, now streaming on Amazon Prime.
James has just released his next album, The Fire - and has loads more music in the works. He has also just released the original soundtrack for the new film, Code Duello: From The Tithebanner Saga.
His softwares of choice are Reaper (for music) and Adobe Premiere Pro (for video).
